Accommodation

Delegates requiring bed and breakfast accommodation are welcome to make a room reservation at The Queen's College or Jesus College. All accommodation bookings must be made through the conference's online store (see our 'registration' page) and is available on a first come first serve basis.


Both The Queen's College and Jesus College are located in the heart of the Oxford city centre, only a few minutes' walk from the Bodleian Library, Radcliffe Camera, Sheldonian Theatre, the Natural History Museum, and the University of Oxford Botanic Gardens. They are both a short walk from the conference site.



The Queen's College

Tariffs (per night):
  • £49.90 standard single room, with breakfast, on main College site
  • £50.00 en-suite single room, no breakfast, in St Aldate's House (graduate accommodation)
Standard rooms are offered with shared facilities, and are situated in the Front Quad of the Main College. A Full English Breakfast, served in the College's Dining Hall, is provided. While breakfast is not available for rooms in St Aldate's House, several cafés and restaurants are situated only a very short walk from the accommodation. St Aldate's House is located across from the entrance gate to Christ Church Meadow on St Aldate's Street.

All rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, and are fitted with free internet connection. Ethernet cables, however, are not provided.

Check-in is between 2pm and 9pm, check-out by 10am.

Jesus College


Tariffs (per night):
  • £58.00 standard single room, with breakfast
  • £70.00 en-suite single room, with breakfast
All rooms are located on the main College site and a Full English Breakfast will be served in the Elizabethan Dining Hall from 8am to 9am. Some standard single rooms may share a communal living room with two other, adjoining singles. Some en-suite rooms may share a communal living room and bathroom with one other single.

All rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, and are fitted with free internet connection. Ethernet cables are not provided in the rooms, but may be obtained from the Porter's Lodge for a small, refundable deposit.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am.
